Personal support and guidance during personal crises, change, reorientation, and working through past experiences. I have consciously not committed myself to a single method or methodology. My therapeutic approach includes elements of classic coaching and narrative biographical work. My goal is to offer you the form of support that you need and desire in your current life situation.
Advance Care Planning is a tool for planning medical treatment in situations where you are no longer able to make decisions yourself. The core element of ACP is a communication process, guided by specially qualified healthcare professionals, marked by mindfulness and respect, aimed at determining and documenting the patient's wishes.
When a serious illness and need for care arise, both those affected and their relatives need emotional as well as practical support. With my experience as a palliative care specialist and therapist, I am a 'rock in the storm' for my clients and help them navigate this difficult situation, managing it harmoniously and calmly.

I see my role as an advocate for patients and people in crisis situations. Additionally, I support their relatives, as they need just as much assistance as the patient or the person affected by illness. Alongside my advisory work in coaching, life counseling, and supervision, the topics of 'dignified aging' and 'dignified care' are particularly close to my heart. I guide and support people who want to prepare for these stages of life in the best way possible, so that they can maintain their autonomy and dignity even in old age.
From an early age, I was interested in people and became involved in children’s and youth work, as well as through summer jobs in hospitals and nursing homes. Despite graduating from a business high school, I decided to pursue a degree in social pedagogy and worked in various social pedagogical fields, while also continuing my therapeutic education. For over 15 years, my husband and I were entrepreneurs, and I volunteered in a hospice. My experiences in the long-term care and end-of-life support of my parents shaped my current professional work, leading me to further specialize in this area. Between 2011 and 2023, I obtained additional qualifications in Germany and Austria, including Advance Health Care Planning, Palliative Care for Nursing Homes, and Mind-Body Medicine. Over the past 12 years, I have lived and worked in three different countries and have come to understand the challenges faced by expatriates in crisis situations. At 57, I look back on a life full of change and view it as a constant. I want to continue growing in my relationships and in my care work for my clients.
.. I dream of a community center here on the coast, a place where people enjoy being and seek contact with others. A Care Café, a Chat Café, where active retirees bake cakes and find a purpose, instead of sitting alone at home feeling isolated. Young families could come and, through conversations with the elderly, perhaps even form 'borrowed' grandparent relationships for their children. I have also been planning a special day-care program for seniors who can still live at home but struggle to participate in social life. This would bring social life into the center—something that is urgently needed here on the Costa del Sol. My biggest dream—and the most long-term one—is a sanctuary for both people and animals, which would also be our personal retirement home. I want to be surrounded by animals that need a safe home and provide elderly people with a safe and caring place to live.
